ZYL series elevator is a new efficient large-tonnage vertical elevator, which is developed and produced by our company recently. It reaches advanced world standard.
ZYL series elevator is applicable for hoisting powder and granular materials. For example, cement, clinker, pulverized coal, fine grained ore after crashing and so on.
ZYL series elevator is equipped with high-strength, wear-resistant stamping chains, driving and driven gears, which are made by RUD and RENOLD. It can ensure its reliability and lifetime.
Features:
1. The imported chains, driving gear, driven gear and the key components use high-purity, fine-grained, Cr, CrNi or CrNiMo non-aging structure special alloy steel. It is made with RUD special manufacturing technique and heat treatment, and it has super wear-resistance, tensile strength and brittleness-resistant rupture strength. The hinge pin of chains versus pin bush can freely rotate with 360 degree, and its wear-resistant surface utilization percentage is up to 100%.
2. Driving gear uses no-tooth friction drive, which can ensure that it's stationary while the conveyor is running.
3. It is reliable and has long lifetime, and the time of operating can be more than 60, 000 hours.
ZYL-D is single row and single chain, and the capacity is from 310 m3/h to 780 m3/h.
ZYL-S is double rows and single chain, and the capacity is from 800 m3/h to 1500 m3/h.
