RMSZ-type Enmasse Conveyor is a kind of wear-resistant enmasse conveyor which is designed for transporting clinker in cement industry. According to transporting features of cement clinker, the transporting parts casing design of complete appliance is wear-resistant and easy to change. In order to make the elongation of drag chain in high-heat running compensated, there are rollers euipped in upper branch. The temperature of transporting materials can reach 300 degrees centigrade. This series of enmasse conveyors has five types, and the maximum capacity is 250t/h.
Features & Technical Requirements
1. The head, tail pivots and casing adopt Pan-gen packing.
2. The material of flight chain is low carbon alloy steel or 45 Mn steel. After its surface is carburizing treated, hardness value can reach HRC65.
3. There is a layer of wear-resistant steel plate as inside lining in the casing, which can increase of service life.
4. It can feed and discharge in multi-point way.
5. The maximum transporting distance of a single conveyor is 50m, the maximum capacity is 10-250t/h, the maximum grain size is 80mm.
6. The maximum inclination is 20° (heat resistant is 300 degrees centigrade, transient temperature is up to 550 degrees centigrade).
7. The transporting materials are cement raw meal, clinker, coal culm, ore, mixture, slag and so on.
