Large angle of inclination corrugated apron belt conveyor is a kind of new conveyor. It is extensive used in the industries of coal, chemical, electricity, building materials, metallurgy, light industry, foodstuffs port, vessels and so on. It not only has traditional merits of belt conveyor, but also applies for the situation of large heights for hoisting. This kind of conveyor has a big capacity, short transporting distances and no spillage. Its floor area is not big and it's easy to arrange it. It can help to reduce infrastructure scale and engineering cost.
Large angle of inclination conveyor adds flexible rubber corrugated stand "apron" with different heights to the two sides of parallel rubber belt, and there are "T"-shape or "C"-shape rubber transverse diaphragms with certain strength and elasticity in the middle of belt. It can make materials transport in the box-shape container. When the angle is less than 40 degree, it use "T"-shape diaphragms, when the angle is more than 40 degree, it use "C"-shape ones. The largest angle can be 90 degree.
